Crown Jellyfish are from the class Scyphozoa. The are very delicate with soft bodies, they have no bones or exoskeleton or shell to protect them. Crown jellyfish rely on their stinging tentacles as a defense mechanism. Jellyfish's bodies are radial symmetric. If a Jellyfish is taken out of water or washed up on shore they will collapse and die.
